  1. La réservation ne sera effective qu'après réception du paiement d'un acompte de 25% du prix total du séjour.
  2. La réservation est automatiquement confirmée lorsque l’acompte est créditée sur le compte de la SARL Camping Le Pont de La Selle.
  3. L’assurance annulation et risques locatifs est comprise dans le montant de votre séjour, sauf présentation d’une assurance risques locatifs équivalente (dans ce cas l’assurance annulation est optionnelle ) . Son montant est de 25,50 € . L’attestation d’assurance équivalente doit être jointe par le locataire lors de l’envoi du contrat accepté. Dans le cas contraire l’assurance reste due.
  4. Tous les cas d'annulation de séjour entraînent la perte du montant des frais de réservation et d'assurance :
    • Annulation > 30 jours à la date d’arrivée prévue : remboursement de l'acompte sur justificatif d’un cas de force majeur selon les conditions prévues au contrat d’assurance souscrit. En cas de non souscription de l’assurance annulation, perte de l’acompte .
    • Annulation < 30 jours à la date d’arrivée prévue : remboursement d’un montant égal au séjour selon les conditions prévues au contrat d’assurance souscrit. En cas de non souscription d’une assurance annulation, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué, la Direction se réservant le règlement du séjour comme dommages et intérêts .
  5. En cas de retard le jour d’arrivée et sans nouvelle de votre part, votre emplacement Camping sera redistribué , les locations caravanes et Mobil-homes pourront être redistribuées à partir de 18h le jour même . Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
  6. Tout départ anticipé n’entraînera aucun remboursement partiel du séjour.
  7. Voir les garanties d’annulation dans le document envoyé par notre partenaire.
  8. Pour les séjours Mobil-Homes ou Caravanes , le Solde restant dû doit être reçu au plus tard le 15 Juin. Dans le cas contraire la location sera annulée sans remboursement des acomptes déjà versés.
  9. Un état des lieux sera fait le jour d’arrivée et de départ. Le locataire datera et signera la fiche d’inventaire.
  10. Une caution de 400, 00 € (Mobil-homes), de 200, 00 € (Bungalows toilés) ou de 100,00 € (caravanes)vous sera demandée à votre arrivée, en garantie des équipements mis à votre disposition.
  11. La restitution de tout ou partie de la caution s’effectuera par courrier la semaine suivant le départ du locataire.
  12. Le non versement de la caution entraîne l’annulation de la réservation sans remboursement de l’acompte et des sommes versées à titre de dommages et intérêts .
  13. Le jour du départ, le locatif et ses abords doivent être rendus propres et en bon état de fonctionnement . Le remboursement de l’intégralité de la caution est soumis à ces conditions. La Direction se réserve la possibilité de retenir le forfait nettoyage ou la valeur des éventuelles dégradations sur la caution suivant le barème :
    Nettoyage Locatif : 60,00 € ( Tout Locatif )
    Emplacement dégradé (abords) : 50,00€ ( Tout Locatif + camping )
    Inventaire incomplet (liste fournie) : 30,00 € par ustensile (tout Locatif)
    Dégradation sur ameublement intérieur :300,00 € (100,00€ caravanes)
    Autres dégradations ( sur structure, … ) : 400,00 € (100,00€ caravanes)
  14. La réservation est nominative et ne peut être cédée ou sous-louée.
  15. Le locataire est tenu de respecter le règlement intérieur du camping .
  16. Le locataire devra s’acquitter d’un dépôt de garantie de 50,00€ le jour d’arrivée pour le badge d’accès . Ce montant lui sera intégralement reversé lors de la restitution du badge le jour du départ. En cas de perte, le dépôt de garantie sera gardé à titre de dédommagements.


GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

  1. Any reservation will be valid only after we have received the payment of the deposit ( 25% of the total amount )
  2. The booking is automatically confirmed when the deposit is credited to the account of SARL Le Pont De La Selle.
  3. The insurance cancellation and renting risks are included in the amount of your stay, except presentation of an equivalent insurance (in that case the insurance cancellation is optional). It costs 25,50 Euros.
    The equivalent insurance certificate must be joined by the tenant when returning the signed contract.
    Should this not be the case opposite our insurance remains obligatory.
  4. In the case of cancellation ,you loose the amount of booking and insurance fees.
    • Cancellation > 30 days before the arrival date: refunding of the deposit on written evidence of the cause in accordance with the conditions cited in the signed insurance contract. The case of non signature of the insurance cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit .
    • Cancellation < 30 days before the arrival date: refund of an amount equal to the stay according to the conditions foreseen in the insurance contract signed. In case of non signature of the insurance cancellation, no refund will be made. The Direction will keep this refund as payment for damages incured.
  5. In case of delay of the expected arrival time and without any instructions from you, your camp site will be redistributed, the location will be rented again after 6 PM the same day. After this time, your stay will be considered as cancelled. No refund will be made.
  6. Any early departure will not entitle a partial refund of the stay.
  7. See the guarantees of cancellation in the document sent by us.
  8. For the location of Mobil-Homes or Caravans, the balance must be received at the latest, by June 15th. Should the balance not be received by this date, the location will be cancelled without refund of the deposit.
  9. The inventory will be checked by the client and Direction at the time of arrival and departure. The tenant will date and sign the inventory card .
  10. A guarantee of 400, 00€ ( Mobil-homes ), 200, 00€ ( Canvas bungalows ) or of 100,00 € (caravans) will be requested on your arrival.
  11. The restoration of all or any of the guarantee will be made by mail the week following the departure of the tenant.
  12. The refusal of payment of the guarantee entails the cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit and balance as damages.
  13. At the departure, the location and its environment must be left appropriate and in good condition . The refund of the total of the guarantee is subjected to these conditions. The Direction reserves the right of retaining the cost of cleaning or the value any possible damages :
    Cleaning : 60,00 € ( Location )
    Environment : 50,00€ ( Location + campsite )
    Incomplete inventory (supplied list) : 30,00 € by ustensil (Location)
    Degradation on inside furnishings :300,00 € (100,00€ caravane)
    Other damages (on structure...) : 400,00 € (100,00€ caravans)
  14. The booking is in a specific name and cannot be occupied by another or subcontracted.
  15. The tenant must respect the internal regulations of the camping.
  16. The tenant must leave a deposit of 50,00€ guarantee on arrival for the access badge . This amount will be reimbursed entirely when the badge is restored to the Direction on the departure day. In case of loss, the deposit will be kept as compensation.
